This precision built tool will
deliver a perfect fit on your scope rings. A rifle scope needs a
no-pressure fit in the mounting rings to deliver the full accuracy that
was built into it by its manufacturer. The spiral grooves allow you to
re-charge the bar with lapping compound without removing it from the
rings. The grooves cannot "catch" on or damage the rings. Locating the
handle at one end allows for lapping and rotating at the same time with
or without the top rings in place. If you want a perfect fit on your rifle
